BOOK: PRECIOUS/PUSH

 This is one of those heart wrenching and inspiring stories. You go along with this teenage girl Precious  who you cannot imagine living her life and her story is written so real and raw that your praying in rooting for this beautiful underdog. What a journey. Moving is also great to check out after reading the book.

Book: One Good Deed A Day a journal

 Another find at CHAPTERS that I thought was really interesting. Okay so a lot of these good deeds I do on the regular but I think its cool in a way to write your feelings or reactions on the acts of kindness you do everyday. Book was $17.95

 365 inspiring and simple ways to treat yourself and others kindly. 

 Okay so a lot of these things I already do but again cool to write about.

 Some things are not as simple. My grandparents have passed but this is a nice thought.

 Well I do love writing letters haha! Baking with your kids in a future one.

 I think every women should learn how to change a tire!

Love this book and look forward to reusing it for years to come.

Self-help journals 2012

 I saw these journals on the CHAPTERS site and had to go to the store to check it out for myself as the line looked really interesting. They have different kinds like "I Can't Sleep", "My Dysfunctions", and "In Humble Opinion". That are self-help journals. I thought this one would be great to try for my anxiety and panic issues heck we are all just works in progress right?! This book was $19.99

 I like how on one page it has a inspiring quote and the other for you to write your thoughts.

A great book for anyone to fill with positive and keep you going when the times get rough.

Glymm box June 2012

Well its here again and with a makeup bag again....hope they don't keep sending them every month cause that will just equal move junk in the landfill....Just send it in the shipping box!

 These non chemical smelling nail polish removers are great and do a good job. I however would not pay a crazy amount of money when you could get e.l.f cosmetics ones that smell really light foe $1 a pack.

 This shit sells full size for $150.00 ugh not gonna happen!

 This is pretty cool looking and reminds me of one Asian finger locking things. This is a full size product and has two different lip products in it that come out one at a time.

 This is a light lip balm thats really moist

This red lip stick is kinda dry but really good colour pay off! good thing theres a balm with it haha

Coupon deal! NEUTROGENA

NEUTROGENA is celebrating 60 years! So they gave out a box loaded with lots of favorites to try and big valued coupons that you got to pick out 4 on the website.
I was late and this so I didn't get a few of the coupons I wanted and I only got 1 sample pack that was the makeup removing clothes....worked pretty good!
Other people got the removing wet sheets, 2 bars of the classic soap, men triple protection face lotion, healthy defense with SPF 45, ans ultra sheer dry touch sunscreen SPF 55... Will learn me next time to find deals earlier!!

NYC (New York Color) cosmetics.

 I used to use this line when I first started using cosmetics along with "Wet n Wild" haha but I found the lip stick to be really dry back then and the nail polish to be pretty thin and took FOREVER to dry! But clearly they have improved the formula and so on.

 I just bought two item at Walmart that where uber cheap (2 for $3).....At I think it was Rexal they where $2.99 each.

 It go's on pretty creamy and stays pretty good for the price. This shade reminds me of Nicki minaj's MAC viva glam shade.

This is two quick coat of the "In a New York Minute" polish. The dry time was actually pretty fast. The shade is really vibrant and great for summer!
Over all great products for any girl or guy starting out or on a budget!

BOOK: HE'S JUST NOT THAT INTO YOU

HE'S JUST NOT THAT INTO YOU BY GREG BEHRENDT AND LIZ TUCCILLO.
I bought this book because a bunch of my girlfriends said it was a must read although I did find a lot of it to be common knowledge but whateve it was fun to read. I also always need to read the book before seeing the movie.
He's the just of what the back of the book says its about: For ages women have come together over coffee, cocktails, or late-night phone chats to analyze the puzzling behavior of me. Greg Behrendt and Liz Tuccillo are here to say that despite good intentions - your're wasting your time. Men are not complicated. Although they'd like you to think they are. And there are no mixed messages.
Fun read and great movie to check out....Came out a while back

The Pillars of the Earth

THE PILLARS OF THE EARTH BY KEN FOLLETT.
This is a great historical book and its a journey to say the least (Just short of 1000 pages) and if you can sit through the slow start its a entertaining book.
If your a book fanatic than this book has everything you want: murder, love, greed, lust, characters that you love/love to hate. Follow this book through time and its worth every page.
Book says: Tells the story of philip, prior of Kingsbridge, a devout and resourceful monk driven to build the greatest Gothic cathedral the world has know...of Tom, the mason who becomes his architect-a man divided in his soul...of the beautiful, elusive Lady Aliena, haunted by a secret shame..and of a struggle between good and evil that will turn church against state and brother against brother.
Would read it all over again haha!

Well after the long wait list I finally got my very first TOP BOX! And here is what I got:

 Love the print on this packaging. They also have a eco friendly one that I will probably try next month.

 MARK GLOSS GORGEOUS STAY ON LIP STAIN. High shine but very sheer. I didn't find it left any stain on my lips once the gloss wore off. Also was really sticky. Not something I'd run out and get.

 This full size product sells for: 1.5g $12.00

 DEBORAH LIPPMANN NAIL POLISH. KELLY RIPA COLLECTION. This very light pink shimmery colour went on really well with just two coats.

 In shade "Whatever Lola Wants" This full size product sells for: $20.00
Nice but I'd never pay $20.00 for nail polish.

 COVER FX CLEARPREP FX: Says its a anit-shine primer that helps reduce pores and lines. Helps prevent and heal acne blemishes. Says its good for all skin types especially those with oily tendency and prone to breakouts....cough cough me! Full size sells for: 30ml $39.00

 Last product sent was the STILA FOREVER YOUR CURL MASCARA sample. I didn't find this product to be any better than some drug store brand that claim to do the same. Full size sells for: $29.00

We also got some BONUS products.....And as much as I hate these little packets I thought it was pretty decent that they sent 3 packets of GARNIER SKIN NATURALS MIRACLE SKIN PERFECTOR  BB CREAM. I still need to try it out and have no idea what it sells for in drug stores.
Next: SIMPLE EYE MAKE-UP REMOVER. I got this in my Glossy Box last month so know it works really well. This full size product sells for $9.99

 PHYSICIANS FORMULA GLOW AND MOOD BOOSTING BLUSH: PINK
This brands products are hit or miss. They cost about $18.00 regularly but it was on sale for $12.50 and with the $9.00 rebate its pretty cheap so I figured what the hell!

 I am a sucker for cute packaging and this hits it dead on! Every time I see these I want to purchase all the cute hearts ones they sell. Now I don't even want to use it....Put it in a frame or something haha

 Offers good colour pay off. A bit to shimmery for my liking but I'll deal with it!

Opens up to have a adorable brush that I'll never use however is cute to look at and of course a mirror
